Requirements

- Experience as a Technical Consultant / Technical Support / Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer OR as a Technical Account Manager
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages
- Experience with software / SaaS systems
- Proven experience doing presentations over the phone and face to face to customers
- Experience giving software demonstrations
- Proven experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams and proposals
- Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP and CRM
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
- Degree qualified or equivalent
