Details:
- Meet agreed team and individual performance objectives
- Facilitate efficient handling of customer returns and demonstration stock.
- Provide answers to technical queries from customers, distributors and company staff, both before and after sale.
- Demonstrate equipment to and install equipment for customers as required to facilitate the sale of products.
- Ensure installations are complete to customerâ??s satisfaction, ensuring any outstanding issues are speedily resolved and product handed over to and signed for by the customer.
- Assist in the general support and training of distributors and customers and the production of technical literature.
- Monitor and Provide warranty field service to customerâ??s equipment.
- Provide concise and accurate installation reports in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time by your line manager

Provide leadership and direction to the application engineering team while working with cross functional team managers
Lead the application engineering team as the primary technical support to panel makers (LCMs)
 Ensure sufficient support for product development projects of various technologies of integrated touch/display-based products to the panel manufacturers
 Become a key member in the bring-up of display integrated class systems at module and system-level, debugging and optimization of platform technologies as applied to specific customer requirements or products
 Help trouble shoot bugs and feedback enhancement requests to the product marketing and platform development teams for display integrated products
 Support FAEs on OEM customer engagements that utilizes the touch/display integrated modules
 Provide a technical interface between ASIC and firmware engineers.
 Lead development of doe(design of experiments) for testing, analyzing, and benchmarking solutions and or other human interface devices.
 Design and build evaluation, qualification and characterization platforms and identify gaps
 Support ASIC data sheet and platform data sheet creation and technical documentation
 Remote site training (occasional travel will be required)
 New product introduction technical support.
 Technical support for unique field return analyses and corrective action assessment

Required Qualifications
 At least 3 year experience in leading technical teams
 Experience with application and use of complex mixed-signal ICs
 Solid system-level technical skills including hands-on skills in evaluating and troubleshooting analog and digital prototype system hardware.
 At least 6 years of experience developing embedded platforms utilizing FPGA for display products or personal mobile devices that utilizes sensing technologies.
 Solid understanding of embedded hardware systems design.
 Hands-on experience with test equipment and troubleshooting embedded interface protocols such as I2C, SPI, MIPI and USB
 Strong understanding of analog and digital theory
 Experience with system integration, module level and ASIC level debug/bring-up to aid release of platform
 Familiarity with System Validation and evaluation of module level and sensor IC level products.
 Requires some travel to handset LCD Display customers and possibly some OEMs located in North America, Asia and Europe
 Good command in written and verbal English communications skills

Experience with Capacitive Sensing Touch Controllers strongly desired
