- Responsible for the end to end HR Management, Administrations and Coordination of the Human Resource functions. Including but not limited to Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Selections, Data Management of Employees’ personal files, Compensation & Benefits Management, Performance & Talent Management, Payroll Management and Learning & Development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initatives and systems across the organization aligning with the business strategies and goals
- Develop and review policies and procedures aligning to the Company’s culture and values.
- Manage ER conflicts, disciplinary actions and grievances procedures
- Provide strategic HR advice/guidance to line managers
- In charge of office administrations, pantry and sundries supplies replenishment, corporate events and Support general office administration
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management with minimum 8 years of relevant/related experience
- Experience in managerial/leadership role
- Strong interpersonal, customer-facing, well written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous and attention to details, with high level of confidentiality & discretion.
- Strong prioritization, problem-solving, organization/ planning, research & analysis skills.
- Ability to meet tight schedules, deadlines and able to work under pressure.
- Possess a good working attitude and able work both independently within a small team.
- Strong knowledge in Employment Laws and market practise
