– Work closely with clients to understand key business challenges
– Create innovative solutions that resolve customer business challenges and pains
– Present solutions to key stakeholders in our clients
– Have command of the software platform, including all current and future features
– Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Professional Services to ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers
– Assist in the winning of customer opportunities through active engagement with sales teams
– Exhibit strong understanding of core technologies used within the platform, the systems we integrate with and the methods/APIs used during integration
– Respond to RFPs and RFIs
– Attend industry and partner events in Japan and present / demo solutions
Requirements
– Experience as a Technical Consultant / Technical Support / Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer OR as a Technical Account Manager
– Fluency in Japanese and English languages
– Experience with software / SaaS systems
– Proven experience doing presentations over the phone and face to face to customers
– Experience giving software demonstrations
– Proven experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams and proposals
– Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP and CRM
– Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
– Degree qualified or equivalent
