Our Client is a UK-based Industrial Software Company. They are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer.  This is a full-time position based in Yokohama with remote work available.

Primary duties:

• Provide IT Support to company’s user base
• Give timely feedback and problem resolution if possible.
• Escalate tickets to proper teams as needed.
