- Work closely with clients to understand key business challenges - Create innovative solutions that resolve customer business challenges and pains - Present solutions to key stakeholders in our clients - Have command of the software platform, including all current and future features - Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Professional Services to ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers - Assist in the winning of customer opportunities through active engagement with sales teams - Exhibit strong understanding of core technologies used within the platform, the systems we integrate with and the methods/APIs used during integration - Respond to RFPs and RFIs - Attend industry and partner events in Japan and present / demo solutions Requirements - Experience as a Technical Consultant / Technical Support / Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer OR as a Technical Account Manager - Fluency in Japanese and English languages - Experience with software / SaaS systems - Proven experience doing presentations over the phone and face to face to customers - Experience giving software demonstrations - Proven experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams and proposals - Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP and CRM - Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models - Degree qualified or equivalent
